These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aral2x, including exam reviewer pages, user accounts, practice attempts, mock simulations, bookmarks, progress tracking, and question reporting features.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility and User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Aral2x is lawful in your location and appropriate for your age. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use the platform under parent or guardian supervision.

2. Accounts and Access

Access to some features requires an account through Supabase Auth, including email OTP sign-in and optional Google sign-in.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your device, sign-in credentials, and email access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or interfere with security controls.
  • Scrape, copy, or systematically extract platform content at scale without permission.
  • Abuse practice systems, spam reports, or submit malicious input.
  • Upload or submit content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Use automated tools to degrade platform availability or fairness.

4. Educational Use Disclaimer

Aral2x is an independent reviewer and practice platform for exam preparation. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by official exam bodies (including the Civil Service Commission or UPCAT exam authorities).

5. Platform Content and Intellectual Property

The platform design, question sets, explanations, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Aral2x, unless stated otherwise.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use platform content for personal, non-commercial study use.

If you submit reports, suggestions, or feedback, you grant Aral2x a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to operate and improve the platform.

6. Accuracy and No Exam Outcome Guarantee

We work to keep reviewer content useful and accurate, but content may contain errors or omissions and may be updated over time.

Use of Aral2x does not guarantee passing any exam or achieving any specific score or result.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time, including feature changes, content updates, and maintenance windows.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, threatens platform integrity, or creates legal/security risk.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Aral2x disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aral2x will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
